BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The TCNJ men's cross country team competed at Lehigh's Paul Short Run on Saturday, placing 22
nd overall among a loaded field at the 50
th edition of one of the region's most historic events.
Matt Granizo was the top finisher for the Lions, logging a time of 26:00.5 over the 8-kilometer course to land inside the top-100 individuals in a field of nearly 400.
Brandon Chen was just outside the top-100 with a mark of 26:20.7, and
Roman Fabbricatore was the other TCNJ runner to break 27 minutes (26:39.6).
Kevin Matthews (27:05.4),
Evan Melito (27:20.9),
Michael Rodriguez (27:37.5), and
Senan De Silva (27:42.3) completed the top-7 for TCNJ, with
Ryan Segalla (27:58.4) also going under 28 minutes.
The Lions head to NJIT for the Highlander Invitational next Saturday.
