TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Cassidy Quinn capped an outstanding final season and career by representing the TCNJ women's cross country team at the NCAA Championships on Saturday morning.
Battling through chilly conditions LaVern Gibson Cross Country Course, home of Indiana State University, Quinn placed 178
th overall in a field of nearly 300 runners with a time of 22:50.9. The fifth-year standout made her NCAA championship debut with a fine race, finishing ahead of every runner from Rowan and behind only Ramapo's Dale Leonard among NJAC competitors.
Quinn's last race caps a terrific tenure with TCNJ. She is a three-time All-Metro Region and four-time All-NJAC performer, and was named the Lions' Most Valuable Runner a year ago. A team captain, Quinn is set to become a four-time NJAC All-Academic Team honoree and was named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators in 2023.
