NFCA Release

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – An impressive 10 members of the TCNJ softball team were named Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) for their work in the classroom during the 2023-24 academic year.

The NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete program recognizes student-athletes who have achieved a grade-point average of 3.50 or better. As a team, TCNJ posted a 3.58 GPA, good for No. 48 in all of Division III and slightly above last year's mark of 3.56.

The Lions honored as All-America Scholar-Athletes were:

• Morgan Estelow
• Taylor Freudenberg
• Maya Knasiak
• Julia Mayernik
• Kaci Neveling
• Julia Roessler
• Gianna Vazquez
• Sara Vincent
• Mckayla Yard

Neveling is a four-time All-America Scholar-Athlete, while Roessler earned her third such accolade. Estelow and Vazquez are now two-time honorees.
