SPARTANBURG, S.C. – To wrap up the season,
Naesha Gadie represented the TCNJ women's cross country team at nationals. She finished 166
th—the best finish by a Lion since Natalie Cooper's 8
th-place run in 2018.
Gadie traversed the 6K course in 23:17.1, improving 12 spots from
Cassidy Quinn's run at nationals from a year ago. The year before that, the fastest TCNJ runner, Katherine Rice, placed in 234
th at the national championship.
With her solid effort at nationals, Gadie completes an impressive 2025 campaign. This year, she placed 3
rd at NJACs, which was two spots higher than her previous conference run in 2023. She also finished 7
th at regionals, matching Quinn's finish from last year.
