EWING, N.J. – Former TCNJ standout
Thomas Burke is set to get a taste of professional football at the highest level after receiving an invite to compete at rookie mini-camp with the Seattle Seahawks.
Burke enjoyed a prolific career with the Lions. The versatile tight end finished fourth in program history in receptions (128) and fifth in receiving yards (1,763), including 763 as a fifth-year in 2024, which led all Division III players at his position. Burke, who hauled in 15 touchdown receptions for his career, posted seven games with at least 70 receiving yards last fall, which included 100-plus yard efforts against Eastern and Montclair State.
Burke was a three-time first team All-NJAC selection as well as a three-time D3football.com All-Region performer, including second-team nods in 2022 and 2024.
Burke is the second TCNJ alum in as many years to receive an NFL mini-camp invite. He joins
Duro Ajayi, who attended camp with the New York Giants last spring.
