INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – In next week's NCAA Outdoor Championships, five Lions will represent the TCNJ men's track and field team as announced by the conference on Friday night.
Two Lions —
Maxim Rychkov and
Nate Adams — qualified in two events. Both athletes, along with
Noah Traverso and
LeBron Rose, were a part of the 4x400 that qualified with their time of 3:11.49 last month.
Rychkov also qualified in the 100 with his time of 10:43 at the NJAC Outdoor Championships a couple of weeks ago. His time is 22
nd in DIII this year. Adams' individual qualification came in the 400 hurdles, where his mark of 52.39 at NJACs stands as the 10
th-best in the country.
Brandon Chen will represent the distance crew at nationals in the 10K, and this marks his first career national track qualification. His season-best time in the event — 29:51.14 — is 19
th in DIII this season.
The 2026 NCAA Outdoor Championships will take place from Thursday, May 21 to Saturday, May 23, in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
