LA CROSSE, Wisc. – To mark the first day of the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, the TCNJ men's track and field locked down one All-American honor and qualified for the 4x400 final.
Nate Adams secured Second Team All-America laurels with a 13
th-place run in the 400 hurdles. In the event, the junior posted a 53.42 to take home his third career All-American nod and his first as an individual.
Adams also ran for the Lions in the 4x400, competing alongside
Noah Traverso,
LeBron Rose, and
Maxim Rychkov. The quartet claimed the ninth and final qualifying spot in the event, booking their spot in Saturday's final with a time of 3:11.76.
Finally,
Brandon Chen closed out the first day of NCAAs in the 10,000. Chen finished in 19
th with a time of 30:29.75 in his NCAA debut.
