Lions down RUN 9-0 for Dicheck's 100th career win

Ewing, NJ…The College of New Jersey's women's tennis team tallied a 9-0 win over Rutgers University-Newark on Friday night. With the win, TCNJ is now 2-0 overall and 2-0 in the NJAC. The Lions have now reeled off 123 consecutive NJAC matches dating back to the fall of 1982. The Lions are the league's defending champions, having won every championship crown and opened the new season on their run for their 26th straight title. The win also marked the 100th career dual meet win for the Lions' head coach Scott Dicheck. Now in his ninth season, Dicheck is 100-30 as women's team mentor. Rutgers-Newark drops to 8-4 overall and 1-3 in the league.

CNJ returns home on Saturday hosting both William Paterson University and Kean in NJAC contests.
