Ewing, NJ...The College of New Jersey women's tennis team opened the 2009 season on a winning note as the Lions blanked Stevens Institute of Technology 9-0 on Tuesday.
TCNJ opened winning all three doubles matches surrendering only one point. The Lions then rattled off wins in each of the six singles matches to complete the win.
TCNJ will be back on the court this weekend heading to the University of Delaware for a two-day tournament, while the Ducks host Nazareth College on Saturday, September 5.
