Orlando, FL… The College of New Jersey fell to an undefeated team for the second straight day as Haverford College posted a 6-3 win over the Lions on Monday in Florida.
 
The loss knocked TCNJ to 7-2 on the season, while the Fords have won both of their matches this spring.
 
The third doubles pair of junior Sarah Lippincott (Millville, NJ/Millville) and freshman Anna Prestera (Barnegat, NJ/Barnegat) posted a win for the Lions by the score of 8-4.
 
In singles play, freshmen Katie Buchbinder (Scotch Plains, NJ/Wardlaw-Hartridge) won 46, 6-4, and 10-7 in the second slot, while Prestera earned her second victory of the day with a 6-1, 6-1 triumph in the fourth position.
 
The Lions close out their spring trip on Tuesday, March 11 taking on St. Lawrence University at 12:30 p.m.
