Ewing, NJ… The College of New Jersey women's tennis team doubled up visiting New York University on Wednesday by the score of 6-3.
The win put the Lions at 11-5 on the season, while the Violets dropped to 1-6.
TCNJ got off to a great start sweeping all three points in doubles and then split the six points in singles to secure the win.
Double winners for TCNJ were senior
Tara Criscuolo (Westfield, NJ/Westfield), sophomore
Emma Allen (Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown), and freshman
Anna Prestera (Barnegat, NJ/Barnegat). The Lions were schedule to have a match tomorrow against Muhlenberg College, but that match has been cancelled.
