Brunswick, ME...The College of New Jersey women's tennis team saw its season come to a close in the second round of the NCAA Division III Tournament as the Lions fell to Middlebury College on Saturday in Brunswick, ME.
The 10th-ranked Panthers (11-7) claimed all three available points in doubles play and then won the first two points in singles to earn the win. They advance into Sunday's regional final at Bowdoin College.
The Lions finished the season 12-7 and advanced to at least the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the sixth straight year. This marked the eighth straight year TCNJ has earned a spot in the national tournament and the 19
th overall.
