Ewing, NJ ... The College of New Jersey football team will seek its first win of the 2014 season when they pay visit to FDU-Florham on Friday night at 7 p.m. in Madison, NJ.
The Lions (0-1) used a week of practice to regroup and rectify the mistakes that cost them their season opener this past Friday night to Ursinus College. TCNJ is also hoping to avenge an 18-12 defeat at the hands of the Devils last season.
FDU-Florham was idle last week and will open its season tomorrow (Friday) at home. They are coming off a 1-9 record in 2013 and have seven newcomers on the offensive side of the ball. Their defensive unit returns seven starters, according to head coach Brian Surace, who enters his fourth season with the Devils.
