Ewing, NJ ... The College of New Jersey will get its 2014 season underway as they square off against Ursinus College tomorrow night (Friday) at 7 p.m. in under the lights in Lions Stadium.
The Lions, who finished the season 5-5 last fall, will look to avenge a 28-20 defeat at the hands of the Bears in the 2013 season opener. Second-year head coach
Wayne Dickens will open at home for the first time in his tenure at TCNJ and will do so in front of a large crowd of Lions supporters donning blue. It's Blue Out night at the College as the campus will rally around the football squad in hopes of contributing to a positive outcome.
Ursinus won its first five games of the season last year and finished at 7-3. They built a large halftime lead against TCNJ before holding off a late comeback on their home turf.
