Mahwah, N.J. … The College of New Jersey women's tennis team traveled to Ramapo College this afternoon and came away with a 9-0 victory. They are now 3-1 overall, and are 3-0 in NJAC matches.
 
Today's match marked a career milestone for senior Anna Prestera (Barnegat, NJ/Barnegat), as she reached her 100th career win after earning victories in singles and doubles against the Roadrunners.
 
In singles action Sneha Rangu (East Windsor, NJ/Mercer County Health Science Academy), Alyssa Baldi (Mahwah, NJ/Mahwah), Brittany Reedman (Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown), Maddy Stoner (Ewing, NJ/Ewing), Emily Szkudlarski (Belle Mead, NJ / Montgomery) and Prestera all recorded two set victories.
 
The duos of Rangu/Baldi, Stoner/Grace Minassian (Closter, NJ/Northern Valley Demarest), and Prestera/Audrey Chen (West Windsor, NJ / West Windsor-North) earned the doubles wins to secure the match. It was the first career victory for Chen. 
 
The Lions are back in action tomorrow, September 9 and Saturday, September 10 as they welcome New York University for the Lions Kickoff Invitational at the TCNJ Tennis Complex. Play will start on Friday at 2 p.m., and at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
