Union, NJ … The College of New Jersey women's tennis team posted a 9-0 shutout win for the second time in less than 24 hours. The Lions (2-0) topped Kean University in New Jersey Athletic Conference action on Saturday.

Sneha Rangu (East Windsor, NJ/Mercer County Health Science Academy), sophomore
Audrey Chen (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor North) and
Andrea Giacobbo (Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown) did not surrender in a single game in their victories, sweeping their sets 6-0, 6-0. Junior
Alyssa Baldi (Mahwah, NJ/Mahwah) and Rangu also teamed up to register a perfect 8-0 win at second doubles.

Senior Maddie Stoner (Ewing, NJ/Ewing) and junior
Grace Minassian (Closter, NJ/Norther Valley Demarest) captured first doubles, 8-1, while
Danna Tsay (East Brunswick, NJ/East Brunswick) and Giacobbo ran off an 8-2 victory. Senior
Brittany Reedman (Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown), Stoner, and Baldi rounded out the 9-0 win. Reedman and Baldi won 6-0, 6-1 and Stoner topped her opponent 6-2, 6-0.
