Trophy Case: Charlotte Roarty and Chase Eisenberg swept the NJAC's weekly awards. Roarty did not drop a game at first singles and earned an 8-1 win at second doubles to earn NJAC Player of the Week honors. Eisenberg won 6-0, 6-2 at fourth singles and 8-2 at third doubles in her first collegiate match to claim NJAC Rookie of the Week honors.
 
Breaking Out the Brooms: The Lions swept their first opponent of the season, Southern Virginia University. During the team's 12-match winning streak, eight wins have come via sweep.
 
Scouting Coppin State: The Eagles have struggled to an 0-5 record to start the season. Junior Iva Jankovic has both singles wins this season for the team, picking up victories at second doubles against George Mason and St. Joseph's.
