PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced its selections for weekly awards in men's track and field on Monday.
Jason Engler of TCNJ was named NJAC Rookie of the Week.
In a field featuring Division I talent at the UPenn Invite, Engler finished third in the decathlon with a score of 5,755 to earn his first career weekly honor. His score ranks 21
st-nationally in the event this season. Sophomore's are eligible for the award in 2021 due to the cancellation of the 2020 season.
The Lions return to action on Friday at the Ramapo Invite.
