EWING, N.J. – The TCNJ women's tennis team took on Ithaca and NYU in a busy three-day weekend, going toe-to-toe with the Bombers before challenging themselves against the highly-touted Violets on Sunday.

HIGHLIGHTS

• TCNJ went 4-6 in singles and 5-5 in doubles in an evenly matched two-day tilt with Ithaca
• Rookies Zoey Albert, Prisha Priyadarshini, and Marcella Warner each picked up impressive straight-set wins in singles, while senior Chase Eisenberg gutted out a third-set super breaker against Sabrina Cheung
• In doubles, Albert and Eisenberg swept their opponents by an 8-0 count
• Abalos and Priyadarshini toughed out an 8-7 (4) breaker against Ithaca's Curley and Rodriguez
• Perennial powerhouse NYU won all five doubles matches and nine of 10 singles tilts on Sunday
• Albert broke up the Violets' bid for a perfect day with a pulse-pounding 3-6, 7-6 (8), 10-6 victory opposite Isabella Hartman
