HAVERFORD, PA.- The TCNJ men's track and field team was back in action on Saturday at The McElligott Invitational and hung tough with some of the best teams in the region.

Jayvee Dumas highlighted the Lions in the 60-meter hurdles, taking second place with a near-personal best time of 8.77 seconds.

The throwers were on full display at Haverford this weekend as TCNJ represented spots two through five in the shot put.
Jayden Wright took second (14.54m),
George Agyei-Sam finished third (14.18m) while
Christian Farhat (13.51m) and
Steve Daramola (13.47m) rounded out the top five for the event.

In the weight throw, Zack Mackiewicz's distance of 16.68 meters was good enough for second place with
Luke Schrank-Garcia's 15.10 taking fifth. Agyei Sam finished just behind Schrank-Garcia, taking seventh with a mark of 14.82 meters.

In the pole vault,
Elan Krakow pushed himself up to a sixth-place finish after clearing the bar set at 3.80 meters high.

TCNJ is back on the track next Friday at the Scarlet Knight Open starting at 10 AM.
