EWING, N.J. – Bridget Cleveland put together a terrific performance in the TCNJ women's swimming and diving team's season opener with Salisbury on Saturday afternoon.
Cleveland led the Lions with a pair of individual victories and one as part of a relay team, a big silver lining in a 175-87 setback to the Sea Gulls.
Joining Cleveland with an individual win was
Colleen Scanlon, who also was a part of the team's winning relay quartet.
STELLAR RACES
- The Lions started the meet with a win in the 200 Medley Relay as the team of Scanlon, Lilliana Kuball, Shaye Bundonis and Cleveland combined for a time of 1:51.79 for the victory
- Scanlon recorded the team's first individual win in the 100 back with a time of 1:01.67
- Cleveland won her first of two in the 50 free (25.73), before registering her second win of the afternoon in the 200 back with a time of 2:14.42
