PITMAN, N.J. – The TCNJ women's swimming and diving team swept the diving All-NJAC teams this year, the conference announced on Tuesday morning.
Beth Evaldi three-peated as the NJAC's Diver of the Year, while
Melody Lin and
Jenna Ringel were named All-NJAC Second Team and Honorable Mention respectively.
The Lions swept both the 1-meter and 3-meter podiums at the NJAC Championships, with Evaldi winning both events, Lin placing runner-up, and Ringel taking third.
Evaldi graduates as a three-time conference Diver of the Year, having won her third straight 3-meter title and second straight 1-meter title. Her performance at the regional meet also made her a first alternate for NCAAs this year.
For the second year in a row, Lin placed second in both diving events at the conference championship meet. She concludes her time with the Lions as a five-time all-conference diver.
Finally, Ringel capped off a breakout sophomore season with her first two all-conference honors. She joined Lin and Evaldi on the podium for both diving events at the NJAC Championships, and also competed at the regional meet.
