EWING, N.J. – Sarah Mandy led the TCNJ women's swimming and diving team with three individual wins as the Lions beat visiting Ramapo, 181-76, on Saturday afternoon.
Katie Mazzacco,
Shaye Bundonis,
Colleen Scanlon and
Lilliana Kuball all posted a pair of individual wins, with the latter two also adding a relay win to an impressive day.
Bridget Cleveland grabbed an individual win and was also a part of the Lions' winning relay team.
STELLAR RACES
- Mandy took the first race (1000 free) in 11:14.10 and the last race (400 IM) with a time of 5:01.87. Sandwiched between those wins was one in the 500 free (5:32.41)
- Mazzacco won a pair of freestyles with the first coming in the 200 (2:01.61) and the second in the 50 (26.32)
- Bundonis was a winner in the 100 back (1:01.73) and the 100 fly (1:02.78)
- Scanlon took the 200 back (2:15.70) and the 200 IM (2:20.88)
- Kuball won a pair of breaststrokes after a 1:08.91 in the 100 and a 2:31.98 time in the 200
- The 200 medley relay team was victorious behind Scanlon, Katelyn Gaulin, Cleveland and Kuball with a winning time of 1:56.13
- Cleveland was also a winner in the 100 free (56.47)
NYU DIVING INVITE
- Erin Sommers finished third on the 3-meter board (11 dive) with her first regional cut of the season
- Beth Evaldi was fifth on the 3-meter board (6 dive) with 277.88 points to post her second regional cut, and ninth on the 1-meter board (6 dive) with 229.65 points
