The TCNJ women's track and field team had a packed weekend, making appearances and leaving their mark wherever they competed. Athletes from the Lions' squad participated in events at the NYU DIII Invitational (New York, N.Y.) on Friday, the Plex Shootout (Reading PA.) on Saturday, and concluded with the Bomber Invitational (Ithaca N.Y.) wrapping up on Sunday.

NYU DIII INVITATIONAL (NEW YORK, N.Y.):
- Kerri McCarthy has been on the rise in the shot put the last few weeks, claiming first on Friday after a throw of 12.47 meters.
- Kayley Harnett earned another first-place finish for the Lions in the high jump after clearing the bar set at 1.60 meters.
- Fresh after a great week last week, Jessica Reilly threw to a third-place finish in the weight throw after her mark of 14.28 meters.
- Julia Dakwar had a great showing on Friday night, seizing third place in the pole vault after her mark of 3.19 meters.
- The 4x400 meter relay team of Kelly O'Grady, Mackenzie Burke, Rukky Daranijo and Amanda Demko teamed up to run to the tune of 4:02.03 and second place for the event. Burke also added a fourth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles (9.66) while Demko finished fifth in the individual 400 (1:00.09).
- Lia Malave had another strong showing in the long jump, leaping her way to fifth place after her distance of 5.17 meters

PLEX SHOOTOUT (READING, PA.):
- The 5000-meter runners competed at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia on Saturday. Savannah Hodgens was the lone Lion in the top-10, finishing seventh with a time of 19:35.98.

BOMBER INVITATIONAL (ITHACA N.Y.)
- There were two Lions in the top-10 of the pentathlon this weekend at Ithaca in Eliza Bruncaj and Sarah Scepkowski. Scepkowski finished in seventh place with a total score of 2860 while Bruncaj took third after a total score of 3729.
