EWING, N.J. – Thanks to another day of excellent swims and dives, the TCNJ women's swimming and diving team vaulted over Stevens to claim first place at the TCNJ Invitational.

To start the final day, Beth Evaldi (428.20) and Melody Lin (389.50) topped the list of divers once again. Melody Lin joined Evaldi in the top three, placing 3rd with her score of 376.80. Hannah Simons joined Evaldi and Lin in the top five with her 5th place performance of 370.15. Finally, Jenna Ringel (7th, 327.80) and Tala Howe (10th, 151.75) rounded out the divers in action.

Sarah Mandy then kicked off the swimming with her second individual win in as many days. She posted a time of 17:46.74 in the 1650 Free, and fellow Lion Bella Patti followed in 2nd (18:25.08). TCNJ again took the top two spots in the next event: the 200 Back. Bridget Cleveland earned the win with a time of 2:09.59, with Shaye Bundonis taking second place in 2:13.28.

After that, Lilliana Kuball and Katelyn Gaulin each logged top-three finishes in the 100 Free and the 200 Breast respectively. Kuball posted a 55.23 and Gaulin a 2:29.33 en route to their 3rd-place swims. To end the weekend, TCNJ's A relay of Cleveland, Kuball, Mary Kate Owens, and Katie Mazzacco came 2nd in the 400 Free Relay. As a team, TCNJ finished the meet with 1,057.50 points, which was enough to put them above the Stevens (988) squad that entered the day first place.

With their final event of this calendar year complete, the Lions now look ahead to a home meet against Rowan on January 16.
