PITMAN, N.J. - TCNJ men's track and field's Maxim Rychkov has been named the NJAC's Outstanding Track Athlete for the second time in as many seasons, as released by the conference this morning. Rychkov headlines a group of 18 All-NJAC honorees for the Lions, comprising five First Team selections, five Second Teamers and eight Honorable Mention nods that helped guide TCNJ to a second-place finish at last weekend's NJAC Championships.
 
FIRST TEAM

• Rychkov was dominant in his first outdoor championship, taking the top spot in both the 100- (10.51s) and 200-meter sprints (20.98s). The freshman's time in the 200 also served as the first sub-21 second finish in program history and ranked fourth in Division III after the meet.
• Lucas Lattimer repeated as the NJAC Champion in the 800, crossing the line just .03 seconds ahead of the next finisher with his time of 1:53.92.
• Christian Farhat defended his shot put title from the indoor season, clearing 15.31 on his first attempt to lead the field.
• Steve Daramola made the jump from Second Team to First Team in the discus, taking the top spot with his mark of 44.87 on his fifth throw.
• The Lions' final First Team honoree was Jayvee Dumas, who cruised to a win in the decathlon. The junior finished in the top three in all but one event en route to his meet-best 6,142 points.

SECOND TEAM

• Michael Rodriguez narrowly missed out on a First Team selection in the 1500, crossing the line in behind the eventual winner by less than two-tenths of a second with his time of 3:55.63.
• Brandon Chen added a Second Team selection to his career total in the 5K, finishing as the runner-up with a time of 14:57.85.
• Nate Adams impressed in the 400-meter hurdles final, finishing in 52.72 – just three one-hundredths of a second off the lead.
• The Lions found success in both relays, with the 4x100 group of Ray Schmitt, Rychkov, Noah Traverso and Jack Attali finishing second with a time of 41.77 before the quartet of Traverso, Adams, Anthony Senatore and Tyrese Gilbert's time of 3:16.31 also secured a runner-up finish in the 4x400.

HONORABLE MENTION

• A three-time All-NJAC indoor honoree, Thomas Blach garnered the first outdoor All-Conference honors of his career in the 800, crossing the line in third with a time of 1:54.16.
• Chen also grabbed an Honorable mention nod, finishing the 1500 in 3:55.88 to claim third.
• Matt Granizo matched his finish from the indoor season in the 5K, earning an Honorable Mention nod with his time of 15:07.39.
• Nate Kidwell capped off a strong showing in the distance events for the Lions with a third-place finish in the 3,000 Steeplechase, crossing the line in 10:07.81.
• Traverso added an Honorable Mention to his tally, finishing third in the long jump with his mark of 6.86 meters.
• TCNJ wrapped up its All-Conference honors in the throws, where Jayden Wright (shot put - 14.86 meters), Daramola (hammer throw - 48.05 meters) and Alexander Bogues (javelin throw - 56.91 meters) all garnered Honorable Mention recognition.
