Ewing, NJ–The College of New Jersey women's tennis team collected an 8-1 victory over Ithaca College on Friday. Ranked 22th in Division III and No. 10 in the Northeast region, TCNJ is now 8-0 on the young season, while Ithaca College drops to 11-2.
TCNJ has now won ten consecutive regular-season dual matches dating back to the spring of 2008.

Jackie Shtemberg (Franklin Lakes, NJ/Ramapo) tallied a pair of wins to pace the Lions as she was a winner at first singles and teamed at first doubles with freshman
Felice Trinh (Linden, NJ/Linden) for a win. Shtemberg as she is now 102-27 on her TCNJ career.
Ithaca's sophomore Agata Kubik was the lone winner on the day for the Bombers as she posted a victory in three sets over TCNJ's junior
