PITMAN, N.J. – The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced selections for weekly awards in women's track and field Monday.
Sam Gorman of The College of New Jersey was named NJAC Track Athlete of the Week for her performance over the weekend.

Gorman broke her own program record in the 300-meters by nearly two seconds, completing the race in 40.00. Her time is the fastest in Division III this season. Gorman also ran a personal best 7.98 in the 60-Meters, second best time in the NJAC this year, and 17
th best nationally. Finally, she ran the Anchor leg on TCNJ's B Relay team that finished with a time of 4:02.13, sixth fastest time in the county and second best in the conference behind only the Lions A Relay.
