PITMAN, N.J. – The TCNJ women's track and field team claimed a pair of weekly awards as announced by the NJAC on Monday. Amanda Demko was named NJAC Track Athlete of the Week and Kassidy Mulryne was chosen as NJAC Field Athlete of the Week.

Demko posted the eighth-fastest time nationally in the 400-meters at the UPenn Invite, posting a time of 57.46. As a member of the Lions 4x400-relay team, she helped the squad lower its national-best time by over two seconds. The group stopped the clock at 3:52.24. It is the second weekly honor of the season for the freshman.

Mulryne cleared the bar at 1.60 meters in the high jump at the UPenn Invite, the 30th-best jump of the year nationally. The award is the fourth outdoor honor in the junior's career.
