PITMAN, N.J. – Headlined by a pair of major conference awards, the TCNJ men's swimming and diving team saw 13 student-athletes being honored for the 2023-24 All-NJAC teams, as announced by the league office Wednesday morning. All-Conference honors were based on top-three placements at the inaugural NJAC Championship meet.
Lions head coach David Dow and his staff were named as the NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year after leading the program to the inaugural NJAC title under the newest Championship meet format. The staff also helped guide the blue and gold back to the top-ten at the NCAA Championships, with TCNJ securing a tenth place finish last month, the highest team placement since 2016.

James McChesney once again repeated as the conference Swimmer of the Year after a dominant final season that was punctuated by successfully defending his NCAA title in the 200 Freestyle, and in turn becoming the first ever multi-national individual champion in program history.
In total, nine of the 13 All-Conference selections received individual honors, while the remaining four were exclusively part of relay teams.
