PITMAN, N.J. – Off the back of a historic performance at the NJAC Championships, the TCNJ men's swimming and diving team came away with an enormous amount of All-NJAC honors. The Lions took two major awards;
M.J. Hoban was named NJAC Swimmer of the Year and the coaches were named Coaching Staff of the Year.
MAJOR AWARDS
Hoban won two individual events and four relays to earn Swimmer of the Year laurels as a sophomore. Through his two years at TCNJ, he has amassed ten conference gold medals and seven All-American citations.
For the third time in four years, TCNJ's coaching staff was named Coaching Staff of the Year. The staff of Dave Dow,

Steven Paterno, and
Ryan Higgins '25 led the Lions to their fifth straight conference crown. Their athletes won an NJAC record-setting 16 events out of a possible 20 at the championship meet. At nationals, the Lions improved six spots from their performance a year ago by placing 11
th overall.
