EWING, N.J. – On the second day of the TCNJ Invitational, the TCNJ men's swimming and diving team widened the gap between themselves and the rest of the field.
Just as they did on the first day, the Lions triumphed in every championship final. The Lions started the day with a win in the 200 Medley Relay. There, a disqualification to TCNJ's A relay granted the victory to TCNJ's B relay of
Mason Bushay,
Gabe Beverini,
Derin Ozbas, and
Bradley Frank (1:32.43).
Gavin Formon followed up with a 3:59.54 on the 400 IM. Next,
Joe McChesney posted yet another NCAA B cut time on the 100 Fly (48.26).
Riley Smith then took home the win in the 200 Free (1:41.36), and
Tyler McGeehan was fastest in the 100 Breast (56.90).
Andrew Kidchob rounded out day two's individual winners on the 100 Back (50.09). The meet concluded with one last emphatic TCNJ win in the 800 Free Relay for Beverini,
Kyle Brushaber,
M.J. Hoban, and Matthew Liotti (6:44.90).
For the divers,
Wyatt Marble,
Josh Bouchard, and
Joshua Kosukhin were in competition. Marble logged a 303.40, Bouchard a 275.15, and Kosukhin a 266.20.
