ITHACA, N.Y. - The TCNJ women's track and field team ended the first day of competition at the AARTFC Championship in a tie for fourth place. The Lions showed some great performances, including
Eliza Bruncaj with the bronze medal in the pentathlon.

Bruncaj and
Sarah Scepkowski both placed in the pentathlon, with Bruncaj taking third with a total score of 3167 points. Scepkowski finished in seventh place with a total score of 3122.
Bruncaj won the 800-meter race (2:25.59), placed third in the 60-meter hurdles (9.17), fourth in the high jump (1.53m), fourth in the long jump (5.16m), and 12
th in the shot put (7.77m). Scepkowski placed third in the shot put (9.68m), tied for sixth in the high jump (1.50m), seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (9.40), seventh in the 800 meters (2:35.45), and tenth in the long jump (4.92m).
