ITHACA, N.Y. - The TCNJ men's track and field team ended the AARTFC Championships in seventh out of 37 eligible teams with a final team score of 28 points.
 
Standout performances were made by Jayvee Dumas, who won the bronze medal in the men's heptathlon, along with Mixim Rychkov, who won silver in the 400-meter dash. The men took home three medals in total for both days of competition.

After the final three events of the men's heptathlon, Dumas secured third place for the bronze medal with a 4634 total score. The remaining events included a second-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles (8.67), second place in the pole vault event (4.40m), and tenth place in the 1000-meter race (3:07.83).

ON THE TRACK

• Rychkov finished second in the 400-meter race (48.73) to take home the silver medal for the event, less than a tenth of a second behind the winner from Cortland State; his time is good for 2^nd in program history
• Michael Rodriguez finished in fifth place in the mile run (4:19.69).
• Brandon Chen placed in the top ten in the 3000-meter race with a ninth-place finish (8:38.32)
