Ewing, NJ... The College of New Jersey men's swimming and diving team picked up its second win in as many meets this season as the Lions handled visiting Southern Connecticut State University on Saturday by the score of 184-108.

James Shangle (Highland Park, NJ/Highland Park), senior
Joseph Dunn (Fanwood, NJ/Scotch Plains-Fanwood) and freshman
Alex Skoog (Fanwood, NJ/Scotch Plains-Fanwood) each won two individual events and then joined forces with junior
Andrew Nesbitt (Somerset, NJ/St. Joseph's) to win a relay. The quartet cruised to a time of 1:34.38 to take top honors in the 200-medley relay.

Shangle won the 100 breaststroke in 57.84 seconds and then was the first to touch the wall in the 200 breast with a clocking of 2:10.03. Skoog won both the 100 backstroke (52.34) and the 200 back (1:56.21), while Dunn was triumphant in the 50 freestyle (21.11) and the 100 butterfly (52.17).

Nesbitt also added a win in the 100 free (47.74) and was second in the 50 free (21.77).

Junior
Ryan Gajdzisz (Fanwood, NJ/Scotch Plains-Fanwood) won the longest race of the day as he boasted a time of 10:02.11 in the 1,000 free.

Sophomore
David Adlai-Gail (Princeton Junction, NJ/West Windsor-Plainsboro South) had a first and second in the two diving events to add valuable points for the Lions. He won the 1-meter event with 285.50 points and was second in the 3-meter with 219.85.

TCNJ is back in the pool next Saturday when they host Ramapo College at 2 p.m.
