Erica DiStefano was a nine-time All-America selection, and she won the 2001 NCAA indoor high jump championship.
Her All-America honors came in both the high jump and hurdles, both indoor and outdoor. DiStefano had three second-place finishes at NCAA Championships, including the 2001 outdoor high jump, the 2002 indoor 55-meter hurdles and the 2002 outdoor 100-meter hurdles.
She also dominated in NJAC competition. In the 2000-01 indoor season, she was All-NJAC First Team in both the 55-meter hurdles and the high jump. DiStefano was also an NJAC Honorable Mention in the long jump. That spring, she won the 100-meter high hurdles and the high jump at the outdoor championships.
She was named the 2002 NJAC Indoor Outstanding Female Field Athlete after taking home NJAC First Team honors in both the 55-meter hurdles and the high jump. She was also an honorable mention in the long jump. In the spring, she was the conference winner in both the 100-meter high hurdles and the high jump.
